Good Suction

It works great except the width is too big. It sucks my skin from my penis base into the pump with the sleeve that comes with it. I ordered "Advanced Silicone Pump Sleeve" and replace the original one and it works better. If you have a small penis, you need a 2 in. inside diameter not 2.5 in. It was my fault not reading it carefully.

Works way better than thier lower priced ones and makes it whole 3/4 bigger when its pumped and 1/4 rounder than the 20 dollar ones this one results are for real rite away its the best.
