This toy was bought for ass-training. Its a little too flexible and not always easy to start, but a nice alternative to a stiffer plug. It feels great sliding in and out. You can stretch slowly to the different balls. I was able to do all but one the first time I used it. Now I go all the way to the base for my pleasure every time. Id recommend this as an all-in-one starter kit. Those with more experienced asses might prefer a larger size. I found I was looking for yet another ball pretty quickly, after only a couple of uses.
