Was exactky what we ordered and were wanting. We have not had a chance to use it exstensively but what little we did it works great. Only problem is the strap is a littel difficult to get figured and to place properly, but anyone with common sense can figure out how to do any mods required.I have some problems with my breathing beinbg controlled/impaired and the brethuing holes were very welcome. I experinced no issues with breathing at all. Would hightly recomend for others with similar problems
