Clean Stream Inflate Enema Plug - Xr Brands. This is an Enema Classic Favorite!This butt plug has a rubber tube running through it. Fluids can pass through while it is inflated! Once the plug is inserted and inflated the large rubber hose can be hooked to an enema bag. When the time comes to administer the enema, the fluid will flow through the enema butt plug into the colon. The inflatable plug prevents pushing out the plug and the enema until the desired time arrives. Inflates by means of a bulb with release valve. Size length 4.5 inches, width 1.5 inches, 2 inches when inflated.

Very nice item, pump allows item to stay inside body. Hose on pump bulb should be a lot longer, hard to reach. The entry tube for the liquid needs a design change, it required some improvised connections on my part, but once hooked up and leakproof, it worked great.
